Prior to the 7th International Conference on Adult Education (CONFINTEA VII), I participated in the Civil Society Forum on June 14th. About 100 people from all over the world and about 80 people participate online. In order to reflect the voice of civil society in the "Marrakech Framework for Action" adopted at this meeting, we discussed adult education and finance as rights in particular. At the end of the Civil Society Forum was the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the sponsored ICAE (International Conference on Adult Education). ICA is an organization established at the time of the 3rd CONFINTEA held in Japan in 1972. NGOs from all over the world are members and aim to strengthen the role and system of adult education in cooperation with UNESCO.
